The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works - Repair Of Pannonia Blvd. From The Ring Road To Tsar Alexander I St., Vidin, Section From Km 0+000 To Km 1+975 - A Street Of The First-Class Street Network Of The City Of Vidin, Property With Identifier 10971.510.124 According To The Cc Of The City Of Vidin, Public Municipal Property. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Repair And Restore The Transport-Operational Qualities And Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement And The Road Body With A View To Ensuring Conditions For Traffic Safety, Passenger Comfort And Good Drainage Of The Road In The Considered Section. The Project Was Developed With Technical Elements Corresponding To The Design Speed In The Individual Homogeneous Sections Of The Road. The Requirements And Conditions Are For Maximum Adherence To The Existing Road. The Beginning Of The Section Is At The Southern Part Of The Road At The Border Of The Municipality Of Vidin With The Republican Road I-1 /E-79/ At The Trumpet Type Junction Around The Vidahim Plant. The Start Starts Immediately After The Good Road Section, Which Is Towards The Road Junction. The End Of The Section Is At Km 1+975 At The Three-Way Intersection With Tsar Alexander I Street. The Section Passes Only Through The Territory Of Vidin Municipality. The Terrain Through Which The Road Passes Is Extremely Flat. Along The Entire Length Of The Section, The Existing Pavement Has Exceeded Its Useful Life, And Even In Most Places It Is Missing. The Surface Has Pronounced Multiple Subsidence And Compromised Bedrock. According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, B. G In Relation To B. A Of The Zut, And Art. 7 In Conjunction With Art. 6, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1/2003 Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, The Construction Site Is The Third Category.
