The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of A Contractor For The Construction Of: On Separate Position No. 1 - Aidemir Street From O.T. 107 To O.T. 108, Darvenitsa, Studentski District, Sofia And On A Separate Position No. 2 - Prof. Kiril Popov Street In The Section Between O.T. 465 – O.T. 4A – O.T. 40 – O.T. 39 – O.T. 42 – O.T. 38 – O.T. 49 – O.T. 68 – O.T. 75 And O.T. 76, Malinova Dolina, Studentski District, Sofia. The Goal Is To Select A Contractor To Whom The Metropolitan Municipality - Studentski District Will Entrust The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works Under Priority Project No. Op-24.001-1286 Construction Of Aydemir Street (Point 107 - Point 108), Darvenitsa And Priority Project No. Op-24.001-1251 Design And Construction Of St. Prof. Kiril Popov, In The Section Between The O.T. 465 - O.T. 4A – O.T. 40 - O.T. 39 – O.T. 42 – O.T. 38 – O.T. 49 – O.T. 68 – O.T. 75 Et Seq. 76, The Town Of Malinova Dolina According To Appendix No. 3 To Art. 107 Of The Zdbrb For 2024 With The Aim Of Improving Transport Accessibility, Connectivity And Mobility Of The Area, Both Within Its Borders And With Other Areas Of The Metropolitan Municipality. The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Will Lead To The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Represent And Protect The Interests Of The Employer Throughout The Investment Process. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Fulfilling All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Related To The Construction Activities In Accordance With The Technical Norms And Requirements Of The Legislation Related To The Construction (Mainly Zut And The By-Laws). The Task Of The Contractor Is To Ensure Reliable Construction Of The Streets In The Respective Designated Positions. Information About The Subject Of The Order For Each Specific Item, A Description Of The Activities Planned For Implementation, Including Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Their Implementation, Are Contained In The Developed Investment Project And The Bill Of Quantities, Representing An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
