Tenders Are Invited For Designing In The Technical Phase Of An Approved Conceptual Project For A Site: Reconstruction Of An Existing Power Grid Pole With An Abandoned Purpose In A Panoramic Site With A 360° View Of The Danube River And Neighboring Romania And Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction

The Project Envisages The Construction Of A Panoramic Platform Next To A Metal, Non-Functioning Pole Of The Power Transmission Network With A 360° View Of The Danube River And Neighboring Romania, According To The Procedure Through The Direct Provision Of Grant Bg16ffpr003-2.006 Support For Integrated Urban Development In 40 City Municipalities. The Municipality Of Oryahovo Determines And Commissions The Preparation Of A Project In The Technical Phase For The Object, Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Object, According To Art. 4 And Art. 19 Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Technical Project Is Subject To Coordination And Approval And Will Be The Basis For Issuing A Construction Permit, Commissioning And Execution Of The Construction. According To Art. 19, Para. 3 Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, The Technical Project Must Be Accompanied By Project Solutions That Serve To: - Negotiation Of Construction And/Or Delivery Of Equipment, Building Materials And Products, Incl. For The Awarding Of Public Contracts For Construction Or For The Supply Of Equipment Under The Conditions And In Accordance With The Law On Public Procurement (Ppp); - The Initiation And Implementation Of Construction Until The Completion Of The Site. A Conceptual Project Was Prepared For The Site, Approved By The Municipality Of Oryahovo On 13.01.2026, Which Served As An Application For The Above-Described Project. The Conceptual Design Should Serve As A Basis For Development In The Technical Phase Development. ​​​​​​​​A Detailed Description Is Contained In The Technical Specification Appendix #1.
