The Ac-Cd Galleries Are Built On A Single Ground Floor On A Basement Level. Building D Is Currently Occupied By Research Laboratories, Teaching Spaces And Tertiary Spaces. Having Not Been The Subject Of A Comprehensive Renovation Since Its Construction, This Operation Is Necessary Today In Order To Establish:Teaching Spaces Adapted To Current Needs (Size Adapted To The Number Of Students, Equipment Adapted To The Type Of Teaching, Etc.);Laboratories Grouped Together Within The Same Location, Adapted To The Technical Needs Of Researchers, Equipped With A Sufficient Degree Of Security And Offering Meeting Places To Promote Communication Between Teams;Functional And Pleasant Work Spaces, Offices; Support And Technical Premises.The Ac-Cd Galleries Connecting Buildings A, C And D Are Today Occupied By A Catering Room, The Establishments Boiler Room (Not Included In The Project), Teaching Premises And The Experimental Pharmacy. The Renovation Operation Will Make It Possible To Create:A Tiered Room With Around 120 Seatsa New Catering Areathis Restructuring Will Be An Opportunity For A Technical Upgrade Of The Building, Including In Particular The Renovations Essential To The Sustainability And Operation Of The Building:Asbestos Removal From The Areas Concerned;Regrading To Technical And Fire Standards;Accessibility Work;Safety Work;Rehabilitation Of Interior Spaces ;The Replacement Of The Exterior Joinery Of The Facades In The Continuity Of The Renovated Buildings.
