Tenders Are Invited For Raw Transcription Services (Stenotype Type) And Meeting Minutes For The Metropolitan Transport Authority (Rtm) (2 Lots)

The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Provide Raw Transcription (Stenotyping Type) And Meeting Minutes For The Régie Des Transports Métropolitains (Rtm) (2 Lots). The Consultation Is Broken Down Into 2 Lots Set Out Below: Lot N°1: Service Of Raw Transcription Of Meetings Lot N°2: Service Of Drafting Minutes Of Meetings The Services To Be Carried Out Are Described And Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ccp. These Are Framework Agreements Within The Meaning Of Articles L2125-1.1° And R2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Code. Each Framework Agreement Is Multi-Awarded, Concluded With Several Economic Operators (2 Maximum Per Lot, Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Applications And Offers Received) And Executed: - Partly By Issuing Purchase Orders, For The Services Described In The Contractual Documents (Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Code); - And Partly By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts For Needs For Which All The Contractual Stipulations Are Not Set Out In The Documents Of The Framework Agreement (In Accordance With Articles R2162-7, R2162-11 And R2162-12 Of The Code). In Application Of Article R2162-4 Of The Code, Each Contract Is Concluded Without A Minimum Commitment Amount And With A Maximum Commitment Amount Over Their Initial Duration (2 Years), Namely: -Lot N°1: 100,000 Euros Excluding Tax; -Lot N°2: 77,000 Euros Excluding Tax. For Each Renewal Period, Of One Year Each, The Maximum Commitment Amount Is Identical To The Maximum Amount Set Above. These Are Public Service Contracts Which Refer To The General Administrative Clauses Applicable To Public Contracts For Current Supplies And Services (Ccag/Fcs), Approved By The Decree Of March 30, 2021.
