Bearing In Mind The Provisions Of Article 40 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886 And Considering That There Is No Possibility Of Generating A Total Acquisition Of Plastic Bags And Sleeves Necessary For The Operation Of The Sterilization Service, Laundry, Pavilion, Services And Clinical Units. Which Are Essential For The Transfer Of Dirty And Clean Materials Inside The Units, Thus Avoiding Health Problems, Complying With The Hospitals Respective Standards And Protocols. Modality Framework Agreement Does Not Provide The Logistical And Economic Capacity To Adequately Cover The Needs, For This Reason “Agreement For Supply Of Plastic Bags And Sleeves For The San Juan De Dios De Los Andes Hospital” Is Required.
