Tenders are invited for The Development and Implementation of an Improved Lease Contract Registration Eservices on Bahrain.Bh Services. (Includes Data Migration, Integration, Post Launch Support and Maintenance.) Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: To develop and implement an enhanced lease contract registration eService on Bahrain.BH. The proposed solution must upgrade existing front-end and back-end systems, ensuring improved efficiency, user experience, and full integration with related government entities. The scope includes comprehensive services such as system design, development, testing, data migration, integration, training, and three years of post-launch support and maintenance. The bidder must conduct a detailed analysis of current systems, propose a complete technical solution, and ensure seamless operation without additional costs or scope changes beyond the RFP. Emphasis is placed on quality, compliance, and knowledge transfer to MOJ staff to build internal capability. Bidders are required to demonstrate technical expertise, project management capability, and understanding of MOJs requirements, while MOJ reserves the right to appoint qualified trainees during the projects implementation phase.
