Descriptionetat For Building And Property (Ebe) Manages Approx. 1.3 Million Square Meters Of Building Stock, And Has The Task Of Meeting Bergen Municipalitys Needs For Premises And Outdoor Areas. The Total Property Mass Is Spread Over 8 Districts. The Bulk Of The Property Mass Consists Of Approx. 100 Schools And 60 Kindergartens, In Addition To Nursing Homes, Administration Buildings, Car Parks, Bergen Harbor And Sports Facilities, With Associated Outdoor Areas. Some Of The Buildings Are Listed/Worthy Of Preservation With Antiquarian Value. In Order To Cover The Agencys Needs For Upgrades And Maintenance Of The Building Stock, Bergen Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Supplier For Flooring Services At The Agency For Building And Property.
