Descriptionoslo Municipality At The Child And Family Agency Invites An Open Competition In Connection With The Procurement Of A Joint Purchase Agreement On Assistance Measures And Supervision During Visitation. The Purpose Of The Joint Purchase Agreement Is To Regulate Oslo Municipalitys Purchase Of Assistance Measures And Supervision During Visitation Pursuant To The Act Of 1 January 2023 On Child Protection (The Child Protection Act) §§ 3-1, 3-4, 3-6 And 7-2. The Joint Purchase Agreement Shall Function As A Supplement To The Municipalitys Own Measures, And Shall Contribute To Meeting The Need For Assistance Measures And Supervision During Visits For Children, Young People And Families.
