The Boat Must Include A Reliable Inboard Diesel Engine, Fuel-Efficient Operation Including Low Emissions, Optimized Cruising Speed For Commercial Passenger Service, Excellent Maneuverability For Harbor Operations With Full Safety And Navigation Equipment.
