Consultancy, Advice, Etc. Sdcp Requires A Single Solution To Provide The Functionality Outlined In The Section Below. This System Should Be A Saas Hosted Solution And Include Both The Licensing And Hosting Required For The System To Operate Effectively. A Full List Of Mandatory Requirements Is Outlined In 3.2.
