Medical Waste Services – Management (Collection-Transport-Sorting-Processing) Up To 400 Tons Of Domestic Pharmaceutical Formulations And Drug Residues For Home Use. The Object Of The Contract Is The Assignment Of A Collection, Transport, Sorting And Processing Service Of Expired Drugs And Drugs That Can No Longer Be Used, Including (Expired And/Or Unused) Cytostatic Drugs, Which Come From Households And Which Are Collected Nationwide By Pharmacies. The Present Tender Concerns 400 Tons Of Waste For A Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months. The Service Provided Is Classified Under The Following Code Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 90524000 -6 Medical Waste Services, According To The Ministry Of Healths Sanitary Order Numbered Dyg3a/Oik.2464/9-1-2012 (Government Gazette 11/10-1-2012 Issue B). The Waste Codes Are Eka 20 01 31*, And Eka 20 01 32. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. Offers Are Submitted For The Entire Subject Of This Tender, As Described In Appendix I Of This Tender. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €669,600.00, Including Vat 24% (Budget Without Vat: €540,000.00 & Vat 24%: €129,600.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Twenty-Four (24) Months, Which Starts From The Date Specified In The Agreement. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price.
