Landscaping Work – 5.8.1.10. Reconstruction Of The Cinquantenaire Park - Works Contract - Open Procedure. The Current Assignment Aims To Thoroughly Redesign The Cinquantenaire Park With A Sustainable Approach In Response To Climate Change. The Interventions Focus On Significant Softening, Combined With The Protection And Planting Of Tree Bases, To Guarantee Continued Management Of The Living Heritage. More Specifically, The Project Includes: 1. Renewal Of The Facilities Of The Mosque Axis, Along Renaissancelaan (In The Northeast Of The Park). This Includes The Renovation Of The Playground, The Multi-Sports Fields And The Athletics Track, Which Are Currently Located On The Horta Axis. 2. Restoration Of The Horta Axis, With Doubling The Rows Of Trees Along The Section Next To The Athletics Track, After The Demolition Of The Other Multi-Sports Field. 3. Renovation Of The Stairs At The Various Entrances To The Park. 4. Reconfiguration Of The Esplanade Around The Fountain. 5. Reuse Of The Two Existing Water Tanks Of 375 M³ Each, Fed By The Roof Water And Rainwater From The Esplanade And The Amphitheater, For Watering The Vegetation In The Park. Please Note: The Works Will Be Carried Out On A Classified Site That Is Visited Daily By The Public. The Contractor Must Take Accessibility For Pedestrians Into Account.
