The Six Municipalities Of The South Holland Central Region Work Together Under The Education And Vocational Education Act (Web). These Are The Municipalities Of Lansingerland, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Voorschoten, Wassenaar And Zoetermeer. The Web Is Based On A Regional Cooperation And Approach. The Municipality Of Zoetermeer Has Been Designated By The Government As The Contact Municipality For The Region In The Implementation Of The Web. The Municipality Of Zoetermeer Is Responsible, Among Other Things, For Coordination And Financing And Must Involve The Regional Municipalities. A Regional Plan And Cooperation Agreements Ensure That The Region, As Desired By The Central Government, Works Together To Improve Basic Skills Among Low-Literate Adults.
