The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Is 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification Within The 11Th Day Prior To The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders.
