Retail Trade Services – Open Procedure For Concession Of Drinks And Snacks Administration Service Through Automatic Dispensers And Installation And Maintenance Of Microfiltered Water Dispensers For Provincial Offices And Schools. This Concession Concerns The Supply Of Drinks (Hot And Cold) And Various Food Products (Sweet And Savory), Through The Installation Of Automatic Dispensers, To Be Placed At The Various Offices Of The Province Of Lucca And Of Some Participating Schools As Well As The Free Water Supply Service, Both At Room Temperature And Refrigerated, Through The Installation Of Microfiltered Water Dispensers From The Water Network As Described In Section B Of The Technical Specifications. The Concession Also Includes The Following Ancillary Activities: • Management, Replenishment, Cleaning And Maintenance Of Vending Machines; • Cleaning And Maintenance Of Microfiltered Water Dispensers From The Water Supply; • Disinstallation, Removal And Collection Of Vending Machines And Water Dispensers At The End Of The Validity Period Of The Concession Or When Requested By The Granting Administration, With Restoration Of The Spaces Given Under Concession. The Vending Machines Must Guarantee, Depending On The Type, The Dispensing Of One Or More Of The Following Categories Of Products: A) Hot Drinks: With Coffee Beans, Freshly Ground, With Pods And Other Hot Drinks; B) Cold Drinks; C) Pre-Packaged Foods And Snacks Of Various Types. The Equipment To Be Installed During The Start-Up Phase Is N. 33 Water Dispensers And N. 95 Vending Machines And 42 Islands For Separate Waste Collection. The Details Of The Number And Relative Location Of The Distributors, As Well As The Microfiltered Water Dispensers, With The Minimum Required Characteristics, Are Described In Section B Of The Technical Specifications. The Detailed Table Of The Quantities Of Equipment Per Site Is Identified In Art.B.1 Of The Specifications Table O. This Service Is Mainly Intended For The Consumption Of Food And Drinks By Employees And Staff In Service In The Province Of Lucca And Individual Participating Schools.
