It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Delivery Of The Digital Archive Of The Academy Of Sciences Of The Czech Republic (Digar). The Subject Of The Performance Is The Construction Of The Digital Archive Of The Academy Of Sciences Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Digar) As A Comprehensive Software And Hardware Solution, Its Subsequent Development And Operational Support. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Further Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 4 (Technical Documentation) And Annex No. 2 (Contractual Documentation) Of The Procurement Documentation And Annex No. 3 And No. 4 Of Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation (Functional/Non-Functional Requirements). As Regards Annex No. 4 (Technical Documentation) Of The Procurement Documentation, This Annex Represents Annex No. 1 Of Annex No. 2 Of The Implementation Agreement And Is A Non-Public Part Of The Procurement Documentation Available Upon Request After Signing An Agreement On The Protection Of Confidential Information And Confidentiality According To Annex No. 8 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Shall Make Available The Relevant Agreement On The Preservation Of Confidential Information And Confidentiality No Later Than Three Working Days From The Delivery Of The Suppliers Request For Its Provision. In Such A Case, The Contracting Authority Will Make Appendix No. 4 Available To The Supplier.
