Region Southern Denmark Hereby Offers A Turnkey Contract For The Establishment Of Parking Garage 1 At The New Ouh With The Option To Also Include Parking Garage 2. The Tender Is Conducted As A Limited Tender In Accordance With §§ 58-60 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Turnkey Contract Includes A Fully Completed Construction, Including The Turnkey Contract Includes All Necessary Planning Services And Professional Supervision According To The Project-Specific Service Description For Advice On Turnkey Contracts. The Turnkey Contract Thus Includes Ongoing Advice Throughout The Construction Process, As Well As All Necessary Work And Services For The Complete Completion Of The Turnkey Contract. Parking Lot 1 And Parking Lot 2 Have Identical Requirements For Function. The Car Parks Will Be Used For Staff Parking For The New Ouh. The Car Parks Must Contain 600 Parking Spaces And 200 Enclosed Bicycle Parking Spaces. The Building Height Must Not Exceed The Other Buildings On The Land Register. The Parking Garages Are Designed With Entire Floors With A Spiral Ramp At The End.
