The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation With An Investors Cost Estimate And Providing Authors Supervision Over The Project For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Retention Reservoir On The Wieprz River In The Town Of Rońsko, Krasnystaw Commune In Order To Reduce The Flood Risk Of The City Of Krasnystaw Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task In Question. The Scope Of The Study Was Adopted In Accordance With Variant 4 (W-4) Of The Program And Spatial Concept Developed In 2025 By The Office Of Studies And Projects Of Water Management Of Agriculture Bipromel Sp. Z O. O. In Warsaw. This Variant Was Recommended By The Concept Developer, The Ordering Party And By Representatives Of Local Governments, I.E.: The Starosta Of Krasnystaw, The Mayor Of Krasnystaw, The Mayor Of Izbica And The Mayor Of The Krasnystaw Commune (Letter Of Intent Of December 1, 2025). The Reservoir Planned For Implementation Is Planned To Be Constructed As A Lateral Dry Reservoir, Hydraulically Cooperating With The Wet Reservoir Through A System Of Channels And A Discharge Structure, Creating A Coherent Retention System. Its Main Purpose Is To Temporarily Take Over Flood Waters Of The Wieprz River And Limit The Culmination Of The Flood Wave In Its Lower Reaches, In Particular In The Area Of ​​The City Of Krasnystaw. It Is Not Planned To Divide The River Bed Or Change Its Course - The Wieprz River Continues To Flow In Its Existing Bed, Without Interfering With Its Route And Geometry.
