Warehousing Services – Storage And Cable Cutting Service Platform For Rte. The Contract Is Scheduled To Start On 01/01/2027 With A Period Of 36 Months. The Scope Of This Service Concerns Two Main Activities 1. Storage: - Receipt Service For Mother Drums (Delivery Order 0L4800xxxx Or Ol7800xxxx), Reception Control And Identification - Storage Service And Maintenance In Operational Conditions. - Cable Cutting Service (Delivery Order Ol3800xxxx). - Supply And Storage Of The Daughter Reels Necessary To Receive The Cable Cut To Length. - Handling Service On Site Or From The Receiving Dock, Unloading Of Reels Upon Receipt Of Ol48 Or 0L78, Loading Of Reels For Shipments Of Ol38 2. Downstream Transport: - Reservation Of A Suitable Means Of Transport From The Platform To All Destination Points, Limited To French Territory (Mainland). This Service Includes Making Appointments With Construction Sites And Managing Delivery Postponements. In The Case Of A Successful Bidder Who Does Not Have A Cable Cutting Machine Suited To Our Needs, Rte Has The Opportunity To Make An Investment Which Will Result In Exclusive Ownership Of This Machine And Its Return At The End Of The Contract. The Storage Is Sized On A Basic Volume Of 130 Drums Plus 10 Overhangs Of 10 Drums; I.E. A Maximum Volume Of 230 Drums.
