Network Equipment – Delivery Of Network Devices, Servers, Support And Warranty For Existing Equipment. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Network Devices, Servers, As Well As Manufacturers Support And Warranty For The Equipment. 2) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1), The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Support In The Installation And Configuration Of Network Devices Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz), Through A Designated Engineer. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 4) The Devices That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Brand New (I.E. Not Refurbished, Not Repaired, Not Manufactured, Not Used In Previous Implementations), Full Value, Complete, Technically Functional, Without Legal Defects, Without Physical Defects, Delivered In The Manufacturers Original Packaging And Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel, And Will Also Meet The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Opz. The Devices Will Be Delivered With A Set Of Standard User Documentation In Paper Or Electronic Form In Polish Or English.
