In The Case Of A Product Or Preparation Whose Expiry Date Given By The Manufacturer Is 12 Months Or Less, It Is Allowed To Deliver Goods Whose Expiry Date Will Be 2/3 Of The Expiry Date Given By The Manufacturer. 3. The Quantities Of The Products Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Provided By Order Are Estimated Values Based On Orders Current Demand And May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract In Question Up To 20% Of The Given Quantities (Reduce Or Increase) Depending On The Current Needs Of Order 4. Only Smaller Packages With A Different Number Of Pieces Are Available On The Market, Then The Contractor Should Recalculate The Offered Quantities Accordingly In Accordance With The Demand For The Required Total Quantity By Order And Rounding Up Any Fractional Quantities To The Full Package. 7.2. Smaller Packages With A Different Number Of Pieces And Packages With A Number Of Pieces In Accordance With The Orders Demand Or In Another Form, The Contractor Should Recalculate The Offered Quantity According To The Demand For The Required Total Quantity By The Order, Rounding It Up To The Nearest Full Package.7.3. There Are Packages Available On The Market In Terms Of Quantities Consistent With Orders Demand, And Larger Ones, And The Contractor Proposes A Larger Package, Then The Contractor Should Recalculate The Offered Quantity Accordingly To The Demand Of The Required Total Quantity By Order, Rounding Up Any Fractional Quantities To The Full Package. 7.4. If, When Converting From Pieces To Packages, The Number Of Packages Is Not An Integer, Full Amounts Of Packages Should Be Provided, Rounded Up.
