Whenever This Tor And The Annexes Refer To Equipment, Devices, Tractors And Accessories, The Ordering Party Means Fixed Assets With Software Installed On Them, Constituting The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Tor. Whenever This Tor And The Annexes Refer To Software Or System, The Ordering Party Means The Software Installed On The Fixed Assets Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Software Constituting The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Tor. 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Performance Tests And Commissioning Of The Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order; 2) Installation Of Software On The Infrastructure Indicated By The Ordering Party; 3) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation, Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Delivered Devices (Max. 10 People) Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party; 4) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Software Covered By The Subject Of The Contract (Max. 10 People) Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party; 5) Granting A Software License Under The Terms Specified In Section 18 And Further § 2 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 4(5) Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz; 6) Granting A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract On The Terms Specified In § 5 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer). 5.
