Information Technology Services – Ensuring The Operation Of Zos Zzs Kvk – Vehicle Tracking Operation Services. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Within The Framework Of This Procurement Procedure Is Service Services (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Services) For The Provision Of 24-Hour (I.E. Continuous) Operation Of Information Technologies Of The Operations Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Isor) Of The Medical Rescue Services Of The Karlovy Vary Region (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Zzs Kvk Or Zzs). Furthermore, The Services Will Provide Technical Support Within The Guaranteed Times, While The Mere Provision Of Repairs Or Replacement Of Hardware Components In The Event Of Their Failure, Crash Or Loss Of Functionality Is Not The Subject Of Performance. Before Starting The Provision Of Service Services In Full, A So-Called Initialization Will Take Place, During Which The Participant Will Be Familiarized With The State Of The Individual Devices On Site And Will Subsequently Take Them Over. A More Detailed Specification Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Given In Annex No. 1 (Common Requirements, Current Status, Technical Specification) And In Annex No. 2 (Binding Model Of The Contract For The Provision Of Service Services)
