Furthermore, The Contractor Must Provide All Advisory And Supporting Services That Are Required Within The Framework Of The Partner Models Provided By Microsoft And In Connection With Joining The Bmi Enterprise Agreement Framework Agreement. It Is Assumed That These Consulting And Support Services Are Provided Free Of Charge To The Client In Accordance With Microsoft Partner Specifications - In Particular By An Authorized Licensing Solution Partner (Lsp). This Includes In Particular The Following Advisory And Supporting Services: 1. Licensing And Contract Advice, In Particular The Explanation Of The Product Terms And Conditions, The Other Microsoft Terms And Conditions (E.G. Dpa) And Relevant Contract Content. 2. Ongoing Provision Of Information On Changes To Product Licensing (In Particular License Metrics And Product Changes) As Well As Contractual Adjustments Or Extensions. 3. Support And Advice In The Administration And Maintenance Of The Manufacturers License Portal. 4. Acceptance Of The Required License Registration With The Manufacturer Or Originator Of The Software (Microsoft), Including The Correct Assignment To The Respective Enterprise Agreement Membership Of The Company Entitled To Purchase. 5. Provision Of Information Services, In Particular Price And Product Information. 6. Support With The Annual True-Up Reporting Including Advice On The Correct Recording Of License-Relevant User Data. The Contractor Must Provide A Functional Csp Portal That Enables The Client To Independently Order, Adapt And Manage Cloud Licenses. The Portal Must Be Made Available By The Contractor At No Additional Cost To The Client And Must Be Kept Functional Throughout The Entire Contract Period. In Addition, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1. Accompany And Support The Client In Microsoft License Audits, Including Preparation, Documentation And Communication With The Manufacturer. 2. To Provide German-Speaking Support During Normal Business Hours (8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M.). 3. Conduct Regular License Consultation Appointments, Which Can Also Take Place On Site At The Request Of The Client. 4. To Provide A Clear License Inventory Report And A Report On Relevant Innovations In The Microsoft License Landscape On A Quarterly Basis. 5. Provide A Quarterly Security And Compliance Report On Microsoft Products, Including Changes To Product Terms And Security-Related Updates.
