The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Management Of: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste (Waste Code - 20 03 01); 2) Biodegradable Waste (Waste Code - 20 02 01). 3. The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Submitted Offer And The Terms Of Reference (Swz). 4. The Quantities Of Waste Specified In The Swz Are Indicative Quantities. The Actual Amount Of Waste Sent For Management Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Any Amount Of Waste Submitted For Disposal During The Term Of This Contract. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage Municipal Waste In The Municipal Waste Processing Installations Indicated In The Offer. 6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented By The Contractor In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, 2) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, 3) Resolution No. Xvii/204/2025 Of August 26, 2025 Of The Łódź Voivodeship Assembly Regarding The Plan Waste Management For The Łódź Voivodeship For The Years 2025-2030, Including The Years 2031-2036.
