Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding - International (OCBI) procedures as specified in the Banks Procurement Framework (October 2015); the Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process - August 2020) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. 5.
