Quotation are invited for Supply of Camera and Related Accessories. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is to invite qualified suppliers to submit a quotation (hereafter also referred to as offer) for UNHCR Beirut Office, for the supply and delivery of Camera and related accessories, as fully detailed in the attached Annex A of this document. Description: Sony a1 II Mirrorless Camera and related accessories as specified in annex A Delivery point: S&K Building, Nicolas Ibrahim Sursock Str, Jnah, Beirut -Lebanon Delivery time (After receipt of order): ASAP Find attached in ANNEX A more information about the goods required (specifications). The following annexes form an integral part of this request for quotation: Annex A: Specification Annex B: Financial Offer Form Annex C: Vendor Registration Form Annex D: UN Supplier Code of Conduct. Annex E: General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Goods 2018 Annex F: Confirmation on Vendor Sanctions All above annexes have to be filled and/ or acknowledged and submitted as part of your offer. In addition, the below technical documents are required to be part of your submission. How to apply RFQ SUBMISSION 4.1. The quotation shall be submitted to on or before 07 April 2026 16:00 hrs (Lebanon Local Time) by e-mail in PDF format to [email protected]. 4.2. Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [10] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission. 4.3. Please indicate in the e-mail subject field: UNHCR RFQ: RFQ 2026 008 Name of your firm Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2) For example: RFQ/2025/0123 Company ABC (email 1 of 3) 4.4. Your quotation must be valid at least for 30 (thirty) days from the deadline for submission. UNHCR will make its best effort to select a company within this period.
