Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Implementation of ERP for Customer Services Improvement The Government of the Republic of Malawi has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) toward the cost of the Rumphi Water and Sanitation Services Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Implementation of ERP for Customer Services Improvement for Rumphi Water and Sanitation Services Improvement Project. 2. The services included under this contract are: a) Implementation of a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to automate, integrate NRWBs processes and enforce necessary controls. b) Provision of a system with dashboard capabilities to facilitate accurate and timely reporting and informed strategic management decisions. c) Improvement of customer service delivery by providing an online contact point, improving access to customer information, improved fault reporting and tracking. d) Improvement of organisational productivity through the reduction of time spent on managing documents among others. e) Provision of periodical and ad hoc reports. 3. The total duration of the assignment is 10 months and the estimated Key Experts time input for the assignment is 30 man-months. The full scope of the assignment is contained in the detailed Terms of Reference, which will be circulated to interested consultants. 4. The Northern Region Water Board now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
