The Facility Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Constructed On An Undeveloped Plot. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Utilities On The Construction Site And Incur Costs (Depending On The Method Of Securing Them). Construction Includes The Following Industries: Construction, Architecture, Electrical, Sanitary, Telecommunications, Road1.3. As Part Of The Construction, The Contractor Will Fulfill Obligations In Accordance With Construction Law. The Contractors Main Responsibilities Will Be: Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Design, Regulations And Technical Knowledge, Securing The Construction Site And Timely Handing Over The Finished Facility. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Keep Construction Documentation, Coordinate The Work Of Subcontractors, Ensure Fire And Health And Safety Protection, And After Completing The Work - Tidy Up The Area And Prepare The Facility For Acceptance.1.4.
