The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment, Obtaining An Administrative Decision On Behalf Of The Investor Approving The Land Development Design And The Architectural And Construction Design, Granting A Building Permit For The Investment In Question, And Implementing The Construction Project As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Bicycle Pump Track In The City Of Łuków.4.2. The Scope Of The Planned Investment Includes: 4.2.1. Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Arrangements, Technical Opinions And Support For The Ordering Party In Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions And Covering Their Costs;4.2.2. Preparation Of A Water Law Report And Obtaining A Water Law Permit Decision;4.2.3. Construction Of A Recreational Pumptrack Bicycle Track; 4.2.4. Inclusion In The Design Documentation Of The Facilitys Lighting, In Accordance With Point 1.3.4;4.2.5. Drainage Of The Facility; 4.2.6. Greenery, Small Architecture Devices (Benches, Bicycle Racks, Waste Bins).4.2.7. Planting The Area And Spreading Grass From The Roll And Sowing Grass On Other Surfaces;4.2.8. Construction Of A Hardened Access To The Bicycle Track; 4.2.9. Development Of Regulations For The Use Of The Pumptrack Bicycle Route; 4.2.10. Construction And Installation Of Information Boards And Boards With Regulations;4.2.11. Carrying Out Auxiliary, Preparatory And Cleaning Works And Repairing Any Damage;4.2.12. Providing A Construction Manager And Designers Supervision By Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications;4.2.13. Providing And Conducting Surveying And Geological Construction Services;4.2.14. Maintaining Construction Documentation;4.2.15. Performing Necessary Measurements, Tests And Checks;4.2.16. In Addition, The Contractor Should Predict And Perform All Other Construction Works, Supplies And Services Necessary And Required In Technical, Technological And Legal Terms To Achieve Complete Implementation And Correct Functioning Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Bicycle Pump Track In The City Of Łuków Consisting In The Construction Of An Earthen Bicycle Track Of The Pump Track Type In Łuków, Necessary For Its Use.4.4. When Accepting The Above-Mentioned Works And Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Them With Particular Care And Attention To The Interests Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations. 4.5.
