The Scope Of Works Includes The Following Works: 1) Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Construction Design, 2) Organization Of The Construction Site, 3) Registration Of The Construction Log On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Reporting The Commencement Of Works To The Relevant Construction Supervision, 4) Appointment Of A Construction Manager, 5) Notifying The Network Owners Of The Commencement And Completion Dates Of Construction Works And Carrying Them Out Under The Supervision Of The Industry Supervision Of The Network Owners Technical Services In Accordance With The Arrangements Contained In The Relevant Arrangements, 6) Full Surveying Services, Including Marking Out Facilities In The Field And An As-Built Inventory With Quantitative Measurement Of The Scope Of Work Performed,7) Delivery Of Materials, Equipment And Tools Necessary To Perform Construction Works,8) Performance Of Tests, Checks And Measurements,9) Preparation Of An Inspection Report (In Two Copies For The Ordering Party) In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard,10) Providing The Ordering Party With The Original Of The Warranty Card,11) Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Opinions And Notifying The Competent Construction Supervision Authority On Behalf Of The Ordering Party About Completion Of Construction And Delivery Of The Decision To The Ordering Party.
