Part Number 1 Execution Of Tasks In The Design And Build System Called Establishing A Day Home In Ozimek1. In The Day Care Home, It Is Planned To Stay For 8 Hours A Day From... 8:00 To 16:00. The Planned Facility Located In The Premises In Question Plans To Accommodate Up To 30 People. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Change Of Use Of The Warehouse Premises Into A Day Care Home: 1) Design Works. Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions.2) Adaptation Of The Entrance Area To The Planned Day Care Center.3) Construction Of A Fire-Fighting Vestibule And A Ramp For Disabled People. Elimination Of Architectural Barriers, Enabling People With Disabilities To Access The Building From The Existing Parking Lot.4) Adaptation Of The Existing Warehouse Rooms In Accordance With The Graphic Annex To The Pfu.5) Adaptation Of The Patio For The Purposes Of A Recreation And Training Garden, Which Will Be A Place For, Among Others, Horticultural Therapy, Integration, Etc.2. The Documentation Should Include Guidance On The Requirements For The Refurbishment Work To Be Consistent With The Dnsh Principle, In Particular To Ensure That Activities Are Undertaken To Maximize The Rate (By Weight) Of Non-Hazardous Construction And Demolition Waste (Excluding Naturally Occurring Materials Referred To In Category 170504 On The European List Of Waste Established By Decision 2000/532/Ec) Generated On The Construction Site, Which Are Reusable, Recyclable And Otherwise Recoverable, Taking Into Account Local Possibilities In This Respect, As Well As The Type And Nature Of A Given Project, And That Technologies, Materials And Devices Are Selected With A View To Maintaining The Dnsh Principle.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men. Implementing The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men Means Planning Activities In The Project That Will Contribute To Equalizing The Opportunities Of A Given Sex That Is In A Worse Position Or Creating Mechanisms To Ensure That There Is No Discrimination Or Exclusion Based On Gender At Any Stage Of Project Implementation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities. Implementation Of The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Means That The Contractor Must Comply With The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The European Union And The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities In The Project.
