The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Above-Mentioned. Services According To The Principles Of Increased Care, Using Equipment Whose Technical Condition Guarantees A High Level Of Quality Of Services. The Contractor Undertakes To Insure The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Of Full Financial Liability For The Entrusted Property, I.E. Towed And Parked Vehicles (Secured By The Police). The Value Of The Insurance Policy Should Constitute A Sum Insured Not Lower Than The Gross Contract Value………………. Referred To In §5 Section 1. The Insurance Should Cover Civil Liability For Damage Resulting From The Actions Of Subcontractors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Continue The Insurance Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Concluding The Contract A Copy Of The Insurance Policy, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Contract. If The Insurance Period Expires Earlier Than The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party No Later Than The Last Day Of Validity Of The Existing Policy, Copies Of Its Extension Or Copies Of The New Policy Under Pain Of Suspension Of The Contract Implementation Until The Required Documents Are Submitted And The Contractual Penalty Referred To In §7 Section Is Charged. 1 Point 4 In The Event Of Failure To Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Proof Of Renewal Of The Insurance Policy Or A Copy Of The New Policy, As Referred To In §12 Section 5 In The Amount Of 0.1 Gross Contractual Remuneration For Each Day Of Delay.
