The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Successive Deliveries Of Bread, Meat, Offal And Cold Cuts, Divided Into 2 Tasks: Task No. 1 - Delivery Of Meat, Offal And Cold Cuts And Task No. 2 - Delivery Of Bread.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Assortment Listed In Annex No. 1.1 (Assortment And Price Form For Meat, Offal And Cold Cuts) And 1.2 (Assortment And Price Form For Bread) To The Swz, Which Is Also A Price Form.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annexes No. 1A And 1B To This Swz Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Essential Provisions Of The Contract. Including, As Part Of The Deliveries, The Ordering Party Requires, Among Others: 3.1 The Delivered Assortment Will Be First Class, Fresh, Chilled And Marked In Accordance With The Applicable Standard. Delivery According To Net Weight.3.2 Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Continuously, On Average 2-3 Times A Week From Monday To Friday In The Scope Of Task No. 1, To The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse, From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 A.M. (For Task No. 1), With Delivery And Bringing To The Warehouse And Quantitative And Qualitative Verification In The Presence Of The Contractor. In The Event Of An Urgent Need Of The Ordering Party, The Delivery May Be Made On Saturday.3.3 The Ordering Party Requires That 2/3 Of The Deadline Set For The Shelf Life Of The Product Be Reserved For The Ordering Party.3.4 In The Event Of Delivery Of A Smaller Quantity Of The Product Than Stipulated In The Contract, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Adjusted Based On The Actually Delivered Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order.3.5 Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Own Transport, At His Expense And Risk.
