1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Replacement Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations In Building H [Location: Warsaw, Ul. Powsińska].2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu). The Order Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Including The Execution Of Design Work Together With Costs And The Transfer Of Proprietary Copyrights And Derivative Rights To The Ordering Party, As Well As The Transfer Of Ownership Of Copies Of The Studies, Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Entry Into The Design Work With Stage I. 2) Stage Ii - Including The Performance Of Installation And Construction Works And Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Above Documentation, Within 13 Weeks From The Date Of Commencement Of The Works In Stage Ii.
