The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build System And Consists Of Two Parts: A) Development Of Design Documentation, • Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining The Appropriate Permit For The Implementation Of Works Based On The Functional And Utility Program. • Conducting An Inventory Of The Area In Order To Correctly Recognize The Field Conditions Necessary To Correctly Estimate The Costs And Scope Of Design And Construction Works. • Including In The Design Documentation All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sidewalk.
