The Following Construction And Accompanying Works Should Be Performed As Part Of The Order: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Earthworks; 3) Reinforced Concrete Works; 4) Foundations; 5) Bricklaying Of Walls; 6) Replacement Of The Roof Covering; 7) Attic Insulation; 8) Replacement Of Windows; 9) Construction Of Partition Walls; 10) Construction Of Floors; 11) Construction Of: - Sanitary Installations (Hot, Cold Water And Circulation), - Fire Protection, - Central Heating, - Gas, - Telecommunications, 12) Plastering And Cladding Including Painting; 13) Construction Of The Buildings Facade; 14) Installation Of Summer Cooling Devices; 15) Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled; 16) Construction Of A Maneuvering Area With Parking Spaces. Ii. The Order Should Include: 1) Energy Performance Certificate For The Facility; 2) Fire Safety Instructions For The Modernized Building. Iii. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Is Specified In: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3) Technical Documentation.
