The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out For The Investment Project Titled: Modernization Of The Beach In Nowy Warpno In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Law, And The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Including The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Elements, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented On Part Of The Plot No. 953/1 And Part Of The Plot No. 1066, Precinct: No. 1 Nowe Warpno, Commune: Nowe Warpno - City, Police District. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Modernization Of The Beach In Nowe Warpno At Lake Nowowarpieńskie Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, 2) Development Of The Area In The Coastal Zone - Introduction Of The Picnic Zone, 3) Execution Of Preparatory, Demolition, Earth And Construction Works, Including Supply Of Necessary Utilities Such As Power Supply For The Container For Rescuers And Power Supply For The Illuminated Heart Frame From External Lighting, 4) Clearing Fragments Of The Water Belt From Reeds, 5) Adding Sand In The Water And Shore Zone And On The Beach, 6) Removal Of Existing Development Elements And Installation Of New Elements Of Small Architecture, 7) Installation Of Beach Facilities, Including A Container For Lifeguards, Changing Rooms And Accompanying Infrastructure, 8) Provision Of Surveying Services For The Investment.
