The Subject Of The Order Is Investor Supervision Of The Reconstruction Of Ul. Biskupińska And The Construction Of A Bicycle Route With Accompanying Infrastructure On Ul. Gdańska In Gniezno. Investor Supervision Over The Reconstruction Of Ul. Biskupińska In Gniezno On The Section From Ul. Gdańska To Ul. Północna Includes Supervision Of The Road And Electrical Industries. Investors Supervision Of The Construction Of A Bicycle Route With Accompanying Infrastructure On Ul. Gdańska On The Section From Rondo Winiary To The Solidarności Viaduct In Gniezno Covers The Supervision Of The Road Industry. The Investors Supervision Inspector Indicated In The Offer Is Obliged To Personally Participate In The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow This Function To Be Performed In An Exclusively Formal Manner. The Inspector Is Obliged To Be Present At The Construction Site At Least Three Times A Week And Each Time At The Request Of The Employer Or The Contractor, In Particular During The Acceptance Of Works That Are Disappearing Or Being Covered. The Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Undertake Supervisory Activities Within No More Than 24 Hours From The Notification By The Ordering Party. The Duties Of The Supervision Inspector Include, In Particular, Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site, Checking The Compliance Of The Works With The Design Documentation, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As Participating In The Acceptance Of Partial And Final Works.
