1. General Information: The School Building Was Built In 1929 Using Traditional Technology. The Walls Of The Building Are Made Of Ceramic Bricks, The Ceilings Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete, And The Roof Structure Is Made Of Wood, Covered With Sheet Metal. The Facility Is Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments Of The Capital City. Warsaw Under The Number: Lp 10065, Id Wol20663. Located On Plot No. 8 From District No. 6-03-10. The Development Area Is 1,711 M2. The Height Of The Building Is Approximately 18 M And It Is Classified As Medium-Rise. The Building Has Four Full Floors Above Ground. The First Above-Ground Floor Has A Floor Below Ground Level And Is Treated As A Basement.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation Aimed At Adapting The Building Of Primary School No. 386 At Ul. Grenady 16 In Warsaw To The Requirements Specified In Fire Protection Regulations3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Guidelines For The Preparation Of Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Which Include: - Expert Opinion On The State Of Fire Protection From December 2022; - Resolutions Of The Masovian Voivodeship Commander Of The State Fire Service From June 16, 20234. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Architectural And Engineering Services In The Field Of Design Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.5. Pursuant To § 3 Section 7 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business With An Insured Amount Not Lower Than Pln 60,000.00 (In Words: Sixty Thousand Zlotys 00/100), Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.6. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 72,877.50 To Finance The Awarded Order.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements Regarding Subcontracting Were Included By The Ordering Party In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
