Part 1 - Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Aggregation-Class Network Switchesthe Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning In A Production Environment Of Data Center-Class Aggregation Network Switches, Intended For Operation In The Access/Aggregation Layer Of The Network Of The Ostrów Wielkopolski Commune Office And The Commune Social Welfare Center. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Is Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Opz To Swz.Ii. The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc. Indicated In The Documents Constitute Only A Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Standard Relating To The Subject Of The Order. In All Cases Where, Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Origin, Names Of Materials, Devices, Or Their Origin Are Indicated, The Use Of Equivalent Materials, Devices Is Allowed, I.E. Any Materials, Devices Mentioned By Name In The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Or Their Origin, Serve Only To Determine The Standard And May Be Replaced By Others With No Worse Technical, Functional, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters, Taking Into Account Proper Cooperation With Other Materials, Devices. The Names Used In The Order Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With A Manufacturer Or Company Are Not Intended To Favor The Solutions Of A Given Manufacturer, But To Indicate A Solution That Should Have Technical And Technological Features Not Worse Than Those Provided In The Technical Documentation. Wherever They Are Indicated, They Should Be Read As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In The Case Of Offers Containing Equivalent Solutions, The Ordering Party Will Verify Them In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of Individual Items Of Technical Requirements Contained In The Annexes To The Specification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer The Equivalence Of The Offered Devices Or Systems. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Not Accept Equivalent Solutions If They Meet The Minimum Quality, Functional, Technical And Technological Requirements Lower Than Those Indicated In The Annexes To The Specification. The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Related To The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers.
