This document may contain confidential information that is the property of the NHLS and the Client. b) No part of the contents may be used, copied, disclosed or conveyed in whole or in part to any party in any manner whatsoever other than for preparing a proposal in response to this RFQ, without prior written permission from NHLS and theClient. c) All Copyright and Intellectual Property herein vests with NHLS and its Client. d) Late and incomplete submissions will not be accepted. e) Price (s) quoted must be within the RFQ threshold of R1 000 000.00 to be compliant and valid (Except when procuring through an established panel or transversal contract). f) SDB 7 (form of offer) must be completed, and should the total RFQ prices differ, the one indicated on the form of offer shall be considered the correct price. g) Bidders are required to submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax clearance verification PIN, Failure to submit the Tax Pin and valid Tax Clearance Certificate will result in the invalidation of this RFQ. h) It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that NHLS is in possession of the bidders valid Tax Clearance certificate.
