Gphg Owns And Manages 892 Buildings Which Are Subject To Fire Risk Assessments (Fras), On Which We Expect To Conduct Circa 450 Fras Per Annum, And Seeks To Institute An Open Framework Of Four Suppliers To Complete Works In Remedy Of Fire Risk Assessment Recommendations, And Other Fire Safety Works. The Overwhelming Majority Of The Work Will Be On Passive, Rather Than Active Firestopping Measures.
