When Creating Changes Or New Solutions, Preference Is Given To Reusable (Second Round) Materials And Technical Systems Or Their Parts. It Is Also Preferred That The Design And Construction Work Is Carried Out As A Consortium Formed By The Designer And Builder, In Which The Designer And Builder Work In Parallel Cooperation And Support Each Other In The Implementation Of Circular Renovation Principles.
