The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Renew The Office Work Environment Of The Courtyard Building Following The Principles Of Circular Renovation - Testing The Maximum Preservation, Adaptation And Repair Of The Existing Building And Its Parts. If Possible, The Preservation Of Existing Structures, Materials And Technical Systems Is Preferred. When Creating Changes Or New Solutions, Preference Is Given To Reusable (Second Round) Materials And Technical Systems Or Their Parts. It Is Also Preferred That The Design And Construction Work Is Carried Out As A Consortium Formed By The Designer And Builder, In Which The Designer And Builder Work In Parallel Cooperation And Support Each Other In The Implementation Of Circular Renovation Principles.
