Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Secure Halden Municipalitys Access To Qualified Suppliers Of High-Voltage Services For Operation, Maintenance And Improvement Of The Municipalitys Electrical Facilities. The Agreement Will Contribute To Safe, Efficient And Regulatory Handling Of High Current Installations In The Municipalitys Buildings And Technical Facilities. Halden Municipality Intends To Enter Into Contracts With Up To Three Suppliers. The Call-Off Mechanisms For This Contract Are Described In Chapter. 2. – 2.3. In This Document. The Suppliers Will Be Ranked In Order 1, 2 And 3. The Prices In The Suppliers Completed Price Form Only Apply To Calls Under Nok 75,000. For Mini-Competitions, Suppliers Are Free To Offer Other Prices.
