The Client Has Therefore Set Requirements For Environmental Labeling Of Products (Paint, Putty, Glue, Sealant, Linoleum, Vinyl Coverings And Carpets), Requirements For Source Sorting Of Waste, That At Least 50% Of The Vehicles Used During The Contract Period Must Be Zero-Emission Vehicles. These Requirements Are Of Such A Nature That They Are Either Fulfilled Or Not Fulfilled. It Thus Gives Little Opportunity To Grade The Suppliers In A Way That Would Have Given Real Results In A Point-Based Evaluation If The Same Conditions Had Been Used As Award Criteria. By Establishing Them As Absolute Requirements, It Is Instead Ensured That All Suppliers Who Are Awarded A Contract Must Meet The Environmental Requirements In Full. This Provides A More Binding And Measurable Climate And Environmental Effect Throughout The Entire Contract Period. On The Basis Of A Concrete Assessment Of The Nature And Content Of The Procurement, It Is Therefore Considered That The Use Of Environmental Requirements In The Requirements Specification Produces A Better Climate And Environmental Effect Than The Use Of Climate And Environment As An Award Criterion.
