The Equipment To Be Renewed Includes 14 Weight Training Equipment, Two (2) Aerobic Equipment And Maintenance Services For The Equipment, Including Annual Maintenance And Separately Ordered Maintenance Or Repairs. One Supplier Will Be Selected For Equipment Deliveries And Maintenance Services. The Equipment Delivery Date Will Be August 2026. At Least 70% Of The Equipment To Be Renewed Must Be Delivered And Installed In Working Condition In Weeks 34-35 By August 17, 2026 At The Earliest And August 26, 2026 At The Latest. Any Subsequent Deliveries Must Be Delivered And Installed In Working Order By 16 October 2026. The Gym Equipment That Is No Longer In Use Must Be Accepted In Exchange. The Equipment That Is Being Retired Must Be Dismantled And Picked Up In Week 31 Between July 27 And 30, 2026.
