The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Project Planning Of The Building Project Of The Eurajoki Co-Ed High School (Hereafter Co-Ed School). In The Future, The Name Of The Project Will Be: Taito-, Taite- I Viedetalo. The Project Plan Will Serve As A Basis For Decision-Making. The Project Plan Will Be Drawn Up On The Mandate Of The Working Group Preparing The Replacement Of Part B Of The Co-Educational School Established By The Municipal Government On 23 September 2025. The Working Group Acts As A Guiding And Commenting Body For Project Planning. The Completed Project Plan Will Be Submitted To Municipal Decision-Making. The Project Plan Must Include The Demolition Of The Old Part Of The Existing Building And The Construction Of A New Building. Building Complex. The Contract Period Starts After Signing The Procurement Contract At The Earliest. As An Intermediate Goal, The Cost Estimate For The Overall Project Should Be Included In The Budget By September 30, 2026. The Project Plan Must Be Ready By 30 November 2026. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Pay Or Reimburse Any Calculation, Travel Or Other Costs Arising From The Tender Calculation. The Project Planning Must Take Into Account The Report Prepared By The Facilities Working Group With Its Tables And The Observations Made In It. The Facilities Must Be Designed To Be Multi-Purpose And Flexible. In The Design, Special Attention Should Be Paid To:- Modern, Clear And Functionally Appropriate Teaching Spaces, Especially Profiled For Skill, Art And Science Subjects, Meeting The Requirements Of Teaching And Pedagogy- The Project Aims To Increase The Attractiveness And Functionality Of The School- Placement Of Buildings On The Site While Maintaining A Functional Connection To The Spaces To Be Preserved.- Adaptability Of The Spaces And Good Acoustics- Examination Of The Co-Educational Schools Spaces As A Whole And Presentation Of The Necessary Changes Also In The Actual Outside The Project Area.- Preservation Of The High Schools Functions And Assessment Of The Space Used For Matriculation.- The Increase In The Need For Small Group Spaces.- The Development Of The Number Of Students And Its Effects.- Durability Of Building Materials, Ease Of Maintenance And Life Cycle Efficiency.- Safe Traffic And Escort Transport Arrangements In The School Area.
