During The Framework Contract Period, Naantali City Units Order Oil Burner Maintenance Services And Repair Work From The Partners Selected For The Framework Contract. The Successful Implementation Of The Tasks Requires An Understanding Of The Users Needs And A Good And Functional Cooperation With The Customer. In Framework Contract Procurement, Prices Are Requested For The Services Defined In The Criteria Of The Procurement Object, But The Customer Has The Right To Order Other Works And Services Belonging To The Same Industry From The Selected Suppliers During The Contract Period. Based On This Tender, The Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded With A Maximum Of Four (4) Suppliers. Those Bidders Whose Bids Meet The Requirements Set In The Request For Bids And Who Are Placed In The Best Positions In The Bid Comparison According To The Criteria Presented In The Request For Bids Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. If Fewer Acceptable Offers Are Received, A Framework Agreement Can Also Be Concluded With One (1) Or More Suppliers, However With A Maximum Of Four Suppliers.
